Cancellation Policy
China Heritage Small Group Tour – Booking Terms 1. Minimum Group Size This tour requires a minimum number of participants to operate. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour may be cancelled. In this event, all payments made directly to You Know Thailand for the tour will be refunded in full. 2. Booking and Payment A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received. 3. Cancellation by Traveller Bookings may be cancelled for a full refund within 30 days of the original booking date, provided departure is more than 30 days away. No refunds will be given: * More than 30 days after the original booking date; or * Within 30 days of the tour departure date. 4. Traveller Responsibility Travellers are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport, appropriate travel insurance and meet any entry requirements for China. 5. Tour Changes While every effort will be made to follow the advertised itinerary, changes may occasionally be necessary due to weather, transport schedules, local conditions or circumstances beyond our control. 6. Travel Insurance Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants. Local Tour Operator This tour is operated in China by TravelChinaGuide, a licensed Chinese tour operator. Accommodation, transport, local guides, sightseeing arrangements and on-the-ground logistics are provided by TravelChinaGuide and its approved local partners. 7. Liability You Know Thailand acts as the organiser and promoter of this tour. Tour services within China are provided by TravelChinaGuide and its local suppliers. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, You Know Thailand cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including transport delays, weather conditions, government actions, supplier failures, illness, injury or other unforeseen events. 8. Acceptance By booking the tour, participants confirm that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
